These pages are dedicated to my friend Martin who got me interested in kite flying, it was also his kite I broke my finger on (and yes 3 years later I still get some pain in it when flying), and then he buggered off to live the high life in Florida. Oh well, his loss, no big parks over there to fly the kites unless you want to share a swamp with a few odd gators.....

OK, Just for your own entertainment I have added a video clip of 'How Not To Land a Blade' It was an original Blade and yes, that finger is very broken.... in fact it not only broke the finger but split a bone in the hand, Ouch..!
